Pride Knights Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Pride Knights. We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you do not absolutely love your selections, we will gladly issue a refund for the value of the merchandise or exchange your items within the guidelines below.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the order date for a full refund, minus shipping charges. Please note that the item must be returned unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@prideknights.com with your order number, the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason for the return. We will then provide further instructions on the return process.

Exchanges

If the item you received is damaged or incorrect, please email us within 14 days of receipt at hello@prideknights.com. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s). We will work with you to rectify the situation and offer a full refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that pre-order items are made to order and are therefore not eligible for return or refund.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value. Pride Knights cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 0-5 business days. Please note that it can take up to 2 or 3 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
